Summary: Great location! Great personnel! Room very nice! Despite the “advertised” construction/renovations warning on their website was still nice. HOWEVER, this location was specifically chosen for their featured and PICTURED INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB ON THEIR WEBSITE for a special 50th birthday celebration getaway! Much to my HORRIBLE DISCOVERY when we got to the pool area there was NO HOT TUB TO BE FOUND!! I was given an apology and that was it! No one offered to find us another location that did have what we expected, WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. I think if they went through all the trouble of making the change on their website to show there were renovations being done surely they could have updated the pictures and descriptions so that the new pool area did NOT show the hot tub!

Summary: I suggested to the front desk agente to inform her manager that at the moment we did the reservation it was not inform that the hotel was in construction, notification was received after we did the payment. Instead of acknowledging, she refuted that the only area under construction was the lobby and that sahould not affect us
